I think the old work van I had, a '91 I think, had the button on the shifter, but the light was on the dash...
However, if the button is missing, it can't be turned off, and thus, won't light up...
For the year of van, it's probly on the shifter knob...
I'd agree, towing is the only time I ever use the OD off button...
