I have my buddies early 99 dually trying to install lowering shackles and ran into some problems. I read the directions, was poorly typed but sounded easy enough. I jacked the rear and unbolted the shock then sat the truck back down and took the bottom nuts off the shackles and fought with the top but now I can't get neither of the bolts out through the shackle. The top looks impossible because the frame dont give it enough room and haven't tryed much with the bottom. Suggestions?
