I just bought a used 2000 E350 with a 7.3l engine in it. Am I supposed to have an overdrive button somewhere? The knob on the gear shifter is broken and I didnt think to ask the seller if there was anything besides a knob attached.

I would like to know if all 2000 e350's cvame with overdrive and How would I go about finding out?

Any help will be beneficial... if the OD has no button, does it mean that it is on by default and is functioning and just cannot be switched on or off? How would I know if it is on? I have a gear selector that shows P R N D 2 1...
