The 2 most common problems for our trucks IMO are CPS and valve cover harness. I'm not positive but I think you changed your CPS not to long ago, correct? Our trucks have the injector wiring harness going through the valve cover gasket. It is not uncommon for them to deteriorate and cause the problem you listed.
