My dumb friend is having a problem with his superchips, he has had it programmed on his truck for a year or so, he went to program to next level and it wouldnt even turn on the programmer. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do to fix the problem. He does not have a instruction book so anything would help. Thanks Rich
