First off, thanks for serving our community and doing what you do. And as far as catching that guy.........(about the 6yr old little girl), that's great. I think I speak for all the dad's on here(with daughters) when i say
"burn'em alive".
But what made you want to pull his vehicle over? Was it the window tint and
the type of vehicle, or just the window tint? If it were a superduty, lifted, clean looking truck, would you pull him over about his windows?
