Ok guys, sorry it took so long, but here are pictures of the brackets I made. Hope you weren't expecting anything too elaborate.
This is laying under the passenger side looking up. Headlight it out btw.
I used 3/16 x 1" flat bar. I put an angled 90 degree bend, and drilled a hole. I took out the bolt holding the bumper cover nearest the wheel opening, and the big one holding inner fender. I bolted the bracket to the bumper using the bolt I just took out of the bumper. I pulled in the bumper corner where I wanted it to line up. Then marked the other end of the bracket where I need the hole to be drilled. I made it slightly closer than necessary. You can always make the hole bigger, but not smaller. Bolt it together and that's it. Lines up great.
