Well, something must have got kicked up into my fan blade because I opened my hood tonight and noticed 5 blades with large nicks in them. The remaining blades all have fairly large cracks and small peices missing from the tips.

Since the fan hasn't grenaded yet and taken my radiator with it, I would like to find a replacement for it that can handle a little more abuse than the cheap plastic stock one.

Anybody have any suggestions what to look for and where? I know flexalite makes alot of universal fans that might work, but I'm not sure what sizeI might need. I can get a ford OE replacement for $95 but would rather have a steel blade. Plus, they appear to be cheaper.
