Nice coach, Good price. That is a trend in this industry right now. All the used stock is over priced and us dealers are down to cost and a little over on the new stuff to clear our floor-plan charges.
I would offer 22K drive out and test the waters, If they come back quick with a NO, Then you know they are there.
But in my opinion not being a crossroads dealer it is worth the 21.7K.
They probably paid 18K for it plus shop charges and freight.
Good luck, And I agree with Jeff in the other thread, Glass side do cost a bit more, But depreciate presumably slower over time, And it all has to do with the public's opinion on the constructions. A wood frame coach with proper maintenance will last just as long as an alum frame/bonded wall coach.
Know the negative to wood frame coaches is the insulation. ALL stick and tins use batted (pink) insulation which over time settles 2-3inch lower in the walls, Leaving you an unseen gap that lets air flow easily.
The bad thing here as you can see is your AC/Heater work twice as hard to keep the coach with in the desired temp.
Call anytime, And I hope that was helpful
