Sometimes you can clean up the holes and run a 8x1.25mm tap thru them and run a longer bolt. The factory bolt only goes part way thru the tranny case. Another note for those of you removing the pan for tranny/filter service or other stuff, clean off the rails of the case before removing the bolts to prevent the junk sitting on top of the bolts to get into the threads. Most times this dirt/stuff in the threads causes the bolts to strip going back in after the pan is down. I know that this doesn't seem to be thge case here, as he said he just drained the pan, but just some helpful info. I'd try the longer bolt and cleaned up hole first, that should work. Good luck.
