I'm considering this also.
Hate to give up a good truck in a swap.
Mine is '01 F350 SRW 4x4, 6.8L V10, Crew Cab LWB, 3.73 ratio LS.
I would prefer swapping in the DRW axle, assuming there is a benefit of better brakes.
Planning to go with a flatbed. Wouldn't mind carrying an extra spare for rear only swap.
