Anybody put the external tranny filter on?
I have several 08 F450's and a couple of 09's. The oldest 2 08's that were built in 07 have an external transmission filter that sits between the oil pan and the transmission. But the newer ones don't have any exernal filter, just the one in the pan. I checked with the dealer and they sell a kit that splices into the cooler line and gives you an external filter. Anybody put this thing on yet and if so how much trouble??
