Ok yall see how long ago i started this post, well the issue still isn't straightened out. It is in the shop right now, the truck still doesn't have its normal amount of power and the abs light is still on abs doesnt work and the speedometer doesnt work. When you hook the scan tool up on it to check the abs it says unable to communicate with the abs, which is why we have put two different abs assemblys on it now and you guessed it, same problem. We have checked all the wiring, and did pinout tests or pinpoint tests or whatever on all the wiring for the abs as well. I think now we are down to that it may possibly be the PCM somehow, or the instrument cluster itself. All the fuses and junk are testing good, but someone also mentioned it may be the fuse block.... any helpful input would be greatly appreciated seeing as how my truck has now been broken for about 4 months.

That sucks dude. Have you pulled the cluster or the PCM and looked to see if anything is visibly burnt?
