OK.. grilling is where my #1 recipe fits in.. Glad you brought this topic up Tiff.
Take a whole pork loin, and marinate for 12-36 hours in spicy italian dressing.
Wrap in aluminum foil, and place on gas grill preheated to max for one hour.
Re-wrap in foil, and add some of marinade, and place in re-insulated cooler for one hour.
Note: My cooler of choice is a 50 quart unit, that has been lines with 2" styrofoam.
This makes for a delicious main dish, that will melt in your mouth.
