Uhhhh..... Not sure what it stands for, if anything. The company that makes the tuners is just called SCT, here's a link to their home page..........

They make the tuner and the software for others to use to write custom tunes...... the best thing out there for a 6.0 PSD
There's better options for a 7.3 though.
