I fill the tc up until the tc bowl is full. I call the bowl where all the clutches and discs and fins are. Check the paper work that came with the tc. That should tell you how many quarts the tc holds. I would think 3 or 4 quarts. Thats how many I put in the tc's I have installed before and haven't had problems from not having enough fluid.
